Patricia Keough Wilson is a nationally recognized writer and journalist. She started her lifelong love of words and creativity at the tender age of eight and has remained faithful to her passion, craft and desire to tell stories and communicate for over six decades.
Professionally, Patricia's spanned years in journalism and corporate public relations, working in newspapers and within the agricultural world. While she grew up in the Adirondack Mountains of upstate New York, she moved to the Midwest in her early years of marriage and became captivated by the peaceful, lush prairies, the spirit of farming and the hands that touched the soil. The lure of the prairies kept her in North Dakota for 40 years, where she built a reputatation that earned her the Klinefelter Lifetime Achievement Award, the highest honor given to a communications professional who works to advance standards of excellence among cooperatives within the
Patricia is a devoted mother, grandmother and great grandmother. Her family is central to her life, depite them all being scattered around the U.S.
Taking a permanent respite from feet of snowfall, wicked winds and soggy mittens, Patricia escaped to Florida where she lives with her strongest champion and loving husband Ken and her very energetic Boston Terrier Molly. Patricia brings a Christian perspective to her writing as she
develops storylines, characters, writes poetry, her blog (Chapter & Verse). She continues to do freelance editing.
